Scientists must create a state-of-art stealth rover (that will flies, runs, walks, swims & dives such as a state-of-art tank) that will have state-of-art electromagnetic shield in order to converts laser beams and radio waves by satellites into power & in order to communicate, & that will have state-of-art electromagnetic power generator that works for at least 10 years. Finally, if we create such a state-of-art rover, we must add state-of-art quantum and other state-of-art radars for analysis of underground-ground-sea-liquids-air-atmospheres, state-of-art huge flexible solar panels, state-of-art wind flow power generators, state-of-art wheels-movement power generation, & hands style to it that will dig, drill, break and raise objects-materials in order to analyze them into it via an integrated all-in-one biochemical & electromagnetic lab with self-cleaning techniques.
